While in high school Summer Helene attended the prestigious National Institute of Dramatic Arts (NIDA) at Sydney University (she was one of the youngest ever to attend). While there she worked with, and attended closed lectures by, the top entertainers in Australia (including Mel Gibson). Since moving to the United States Summer has worked with Mountain Pictures, Moon River Cinema and Paramount Pictures (to name a few). As well as working with award winning Directors Owen Land, Michael Burton and Composer Vasily Shumov. In 2008 Summer Helene left the studios and became a partner at AFS Productions.Her spare time is spent surfing and kick boxing and as an actress she became a bit of a daredevil, when it came to her film roles there were no stunt doubles. Summer never shied away from the toughest and more dangerous scenes.
Summer took to heart a quote she read in a cracked frame of her Uncle's. "You succeed the minute you start working towards a worthwhile goal." She has lived her life by those words ever since. Seeing the impact films make, she is now using them to shape the world into something better.
