AFS Productions inc. (AFS) is a decade old enterprise engaged in the development and production of feature-length motion pictures for theatrical release.

Our goal is to make "films that matter," quality, intelligent, commercial films on cost-efficient budgets. We do this project by project, tailoring all the films we do, to the climate of the entertainment industry at the time. We have a hands on approach to film making. Our strategic organization of creative endeavors into project format allows each film to be individually financed, developed, maintained and tracked according to its unique requirements and objectives. We are currently working on several new projects, all in different stages of development. The first to be released this year will be 'Just this Side of Salem,' an ensemble supernatural comedy about fate, choice and the friends that lead us through life.

A little about the current film market.
Worldwide revenue from all media sources brought in a record $44.8 billion in 2004 - almost a 125% increase over 1996s $20 billion. Even through the current economic crisis the film industry continues to flourish. The total box office revenue for January 2009 was record breaking, more than $1 billion dollars, that is 18.6 percent over January 2008. 
Motion picture is an ever expanding business, and with new technologies such as HD-DVD's, there is an even larger demand for films. Independent films have been steadily gaining market share during the last decade, and have a high profitability because they are not paying the high studio costs. Film is a multi-billion dollar industry. By producing top quality films, on cost-effective, modest budgets, we ensure the highest possible profits for our backers and a GREAT film for you!

A little about our history. 
Another Fork and Spoon Productions was founded in 1997 as a college venture between Dylan Seal and Charlie Hickman during their time at California State University. The duo started with stage productions, but before long the Business and Music majors turned heir sights to film making. Dylan and Charlie have in the years since, used AFS to bring their visions, and the visions of many talented film makers to the silver screen. In 2008 Summer Helene joined the company, bringing with her an extensive studio background.
